The Direct Appeal is the only fundraising campaign. The goal every year is to meet the goal to support the current LSPA budget. Some of the many programs funded by the LSPA include: The Library, Science Mania, Welcome Back Dinner, Field Day, Open Circle Training for Teachers, grade specific field trip, enrichment programs, speakers, and other activities. We ask all families to contribute to the Direct Appeal as generously as possible.
Please note that the LSPA is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As a result, contributions are tax deductible. We will forward receipts for tax purposes in January. Thank you in advance for your support.
Remember to check with your employer to determine if your contribution can be matched. If so, please obtain the applicable form(s) from your company’s human resources department to submit with your check. Many employers match contributions made by their employees to 501(c)(3) organizations such as the LSPA.

Box Tops for Education
Thank you to all who helped make last year's Box Top program the best year ever. The Box Top contest raised over $1,600 for Lincoln school! Will you help us do it again? In an effort to raise money for Lincoln School, we will hold another Box Top contest between classrooms to see which class at Lincoln can collect the most Box Tops. You and your child can help the school raise money and participate in the contest when you clip box tops and drop them in your child's classroom collection box/envelope. The contest will run from now until the collection boxes are picked up at the end of school in May, 2012.
